Job Descriptions
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Conversion Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales conversion and will be able to effectively connect sales efforts with marketing strategies.
- Leverage experience in sales conversion to improve lead-to-customer rates.
- Communicate eloquently and persuasively with potential customers to drive sales.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales conversion efforts with marketing pitches.
- Provide data and insights to the marketing team to help draw in the correct customers and enhance sales conversion rates.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Participate in team meetings and sales events, including traveling to Singapore as required for meetings and peak sales periods.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements
- Sales conversion experience & Strong conversion rate.
- Eloquent and persuasive in speaking.
- Good attitude and driven.
- Able to connect sales conversion to marketing pitches and work with the marketing team.
- Able to contribute data for marketing to attract the right customers and enhance sales conversion.
- Team player and reliable with strong English communication skills
- Able to travel to Singapore for meetings, sales events, or during peak sales periods
- Work schedule: 5-day week (Sunday to Monday, Wednesday to Friday), 9 am to 6 pm (SGT)
