Ryska Professional Services (RPS) is a growing Digital Execution Services company on a mission to provide hassle-free Digital Transformation Service to create business results. We specialize in managing execution orchestration for Strategic Initiatives like Digital Transformation, Organization Development, Project/Program/Portfolio Management or breakthrough Program engagement.
RPS currently looking for an proven Sales & Marketing Specialist (SM) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who will manage most of sales and marketing activities in the company to ensure seamless customer experience. This person will be given autonomy to develop online and offline presence for company. Someone who is reliable, communicative, customer oriented, ready for challenge, innovative, and able to work in various environment will be a great fit for this job.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing sales cycle with existing and prospective clients to generate new business for the company’s services.
- Proactively identify new opportunities, manage sales forecasting and develop solution proposals to respond client request.
- Demonstrating excellent sales skills and ability to sell the products and/or services.
- Managing bid process & generate commercial documents including Inquiries, Proposals, Quotation, and any related documents.
- Prepare and publish marketing materials, including web/digital channel content, event publications, sales collateral and capability statements
- Developing company’s growth strategies and sales plans.
- Coordination with project stakeholders on service delivery engagement.
- Compiling and analysing sales figures.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings.
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback, market research, competitors products and services
Key Requirements
- Min 3 years experience with proven track record in Sales and Marketing Management in professional service industry preferably with experience in bid management, proposal development and commercial negotiation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, especially on communication, presentation, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Working experience in Professional Services company and in Startup environment
- Proven achievement of revenue and sales targets and ability to reach and exceed those targets
- Experience of working as Digital Marketing and/or as Business Development is a plus
- Knowledge in one or in several solution areas such as Organization/Digital Transformation, ERP/CRM/Core system deployment, Managed Operation, Data Warehouse, Cyber Security, Solution as a Service or Solution in certain industry is a plus
- Good English fluency
- Can join immediately
