Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Admin PT Lumina Imaging Solusindo
- Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including preparing sales documentation, coordinating meetings and appointments, and maintaining customer records.
- Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, such as marketing and finance, to gather necessary information and support sales activities.
- Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system by updating customer data, tracking sales activities, and generating reports as required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations, including logistics coordination and material preparation.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel arrangements when needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and recommending solutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration or sales will be a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related documents and data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
- Prior experience in the electronics or digital signage industry will be considered an asset but is not required.
