Having previously built an e-commerce site from scratch to over IDR 200 billion in revenues, we are on track to achieving IDR 15 billion in revenues within the first year of launching. As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth and cultivating strategic relationships with key decision-makers. Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive, you're the driving force behind our sales success. You'll take charge of the entire sales journey, from sourcing promising leads to crafting winning sales strategies that seal the deal. Your pursuit of clients ensures that no opportunity goes untapped until we achieve victory.
- Craft and develop dynamic sales strategies, utilizing market insights and industry trends to drive growth and surpass sales targets.
- Seek out and engage prospective clients, demonstrating proactive and innovative approaches.
- Deliver compelling presentations via video calls or in-person meetings, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings, tailored to the client's needs.
- Master the art of negotiation, securing win-win outcomes by skillfully navigating contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
- Drive sales and exceed revenue targets by converting qualified leads into satisfied, long-term customers.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that propel us towards company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or similar roles preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome (preference for those from international or foreign universities)
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills, radiating professionalism and fluency in both English and Bahasa.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, driven by passion and ambition.
- Thrives in a dynamic, target-oriented environment, displaying proactive and driven behavior to surpass results.
- Must be able to work from our office in Grogol, Jakarta Barat (Fully-WFO).
