- Melakukan keseluruhan proses rekrutmen (Job Posting, Screening, Interview, Psikotest, Offering)
- Melakukan jadwal interview kandidat dengan user
- Bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan onboarding karyawan baru
- Melakukan administrasi dokumen proses rekrutmen
- Dapat berkomunikasi dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan kandidat
- Menguasai alat tes psikologi
