Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with various recruiting software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress interviews, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Communicate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure they are kept informed throughout the process.
- Prepare job offers and onboard new hires.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages with potential candidates.
