Job Description:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appoinments
- Serve food to BoD and/or guests
- Other responsibilities that will be informed by supervisor
Requirements:
- D3 secretary / S1 any major
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft and Google Workspace)
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Min a whole year of experience in related field
- Full Work from Office at Prominence Office Tower, Alam Sutera
