Job Description
- The QA/QC Manager manages the daily Quality Operations of PT. Indo Makmur Foods. The role encompasses the Quality strategies and the processes required in meeting the company’s objectives, legislative demands and customer requirements.
- The QA/QC Manager is involved in directing and controlling all aspects of Quality Assurance and Control within the business to achieve a high degree of quality assurance, cost effectiveness and safe practices.
- The QA/QC Manager ensures the development and effective implementation of the PT. Indo Makmur Foods quality policies and procedures to ensure the business is providing class A1 finished products at the best practice standards of safety, quality, and efficiency outlined by the PT. Indo Makmur Foods policies and procedures.
Qualification
1. Sound co-ordination, communication and interpersonal skills for applying:
- The Company’s Policies and procedures;
- PT. Indo Makmur Foods goals and objectives;
- Company’s image; and
- Employee motivation, development and competence.
2. Constant awareness of legislative expectations and quality demands for PT. Indo Makmur Foods products and addressing them with flexible and innovative approach.
3. Other skills:
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
- Sound reasoning and decision making skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Sound oral and written communication skills.
- Sound understanding of safety, quality, planning and production systems within the company.
- Has the ability to engage employees in a collaborative style of approach and lead by example.
4. External/internal training requirements:
- BRC Standard
- ISO 9001 : 2015
- Relevant HACCP and GMP Training.
- Induction Process
- OHS Training – WHSO course or demonstrates an understanding of Safety Management Systems
- SOP training
Requirements
- Age maximum 45 years
- S1/S2 Graduate of Food Techonology from a reputable university
- Have managerial experience in food factory/fmcg/company
- Minimum experience 5 years in food company
