Deskripsi pekerjaan Purchasing Manager (Mandarin Speaker) PT Amer Technology Indonesia
Job Responsibilities :
• Responsible for the procurement of raw materials in the international market, the implementation of the purchase order, the work includes: inquiry, price comparison, bargaining, confirmation of the order quantity and the duration of the work, follow up on the procurement contract and payment settlement matters
• Responsible for the purchase order ERP system entry, confirmation, tracking the progress of supplier transfer, customs arrival date, with the quality colleagues to do a good job of acceptance work
• Cooperate with after-sales colleagues, and suppliers to do a good job with quality problems of goods after-sales processing
• Cooperate with the raw material quality inspection team to do a good job of quality inspection of large goods.
• Other work arranged by Directors
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Mandarin and English as working language.
• 3 years working experience in related industry, preferably in chemical or raw material procurement.
• Clear thinking, good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with the international bulk raw material market, strong negotiation skill.
