Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects.
* Develop project scopes and objectives in pitch and competitive market, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and budget control.
* Develop detailed project plans to track progress, tasks, and timelines effectively.
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
* Report project status and escalate any issues to management as needed.
* Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and meeting their expectations.
* Perform risk management to identify and minimize project risks.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3 years minimum) as a Project Manager in an advertising / brand activation/ event management/digital / PR agency or a similar role, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Previous experience working with Below the line, Brand Activation agency, FMCG, and Automotive brands for at least 3 years.
* Extensive network of clients, vendors, and external partners.
* Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
* In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
* Strong understanding of creative brief from client, brand activation agency business processes, including creative development to create pitching deck, event management ,media production, creative planning, and campaign execution.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with stakeholders, clients and internal teams.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
