Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail oriented with a commitment to high standards of accuracy.
- Experience of ISO, UNE-EN, GRS & RCS or other audit standards.
- Fluent in English written & spoken is a MUST.
Job Description
- Manage the operations of multiple external warehouses to ensure efficient and effective storage and distribution of goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet operational targets.
- Provide regular reports to superiors on warehouse activities.
- Implement safety and quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate operational risks.
- Lead improvement activities to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Coordinate with production team to develop and maintain production schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Collaborate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of material
- Generate reports on production performance and inventory levels
