Job Description
Ensuring production efficiency, quality, compliance, and continous improvement. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the Production Department and is responsible in meeting company goals and objectives in terms of:
- Meeting company goals and objectives in terms of material planning, capacity building, cost efficiency, quality, and customer service;
- Make or purchase policy analysis and recommendations;
- Reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with supplies;
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or related field
- Ability to negotiate contracts
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate attention to detail
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
