We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PR & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and public relations efforts for our 3 brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, managing brand collaborations, and overseeing various marketing and PR activities, both online and offline. A. Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create end-to-end offline and online marketing plans.
Maximize brand collaboration opportunities, marketing activities, social media efforts, efficiency, and creativity across marketing and PR channels.
Take charge of promotional activities and branding initiatives across e-commerce, social media, and offline channels.
B. Brand Networking and Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brand partners, media, vendors, and KOLs.
Oversee corporate marketing functions, including brand management, social media management, product launches, advertising, campaign, CSR, marketing collateral development, and event coordination with internal team and external parties.
C. PR and Social Media Management:
Develop and monitor content for Instagram accounts.
Identify and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage PR packages.
Lead end-to-end brand collaborations for digital campaigns and offline events, including property selection, promotion planning, and content creation.
Oversee seasonal set hampers' preparation, production, launch, and order management.
Execute online and offline promotions and e-commerce campaigns.
Conduct in-depth social media evaluations and marketing analysis.
Provide innovative marketing strategy ideas.
D. Client Order Management:
Handle the entire corporate customized order process, from approaching potential clients to proposal creation and order fulfillment.
E. Offline Store Management:
Manage the offline store's systems and inventory.
Fresh graduate Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Communication, or Marketing Communication, or any other relvant majors.
Creative, full of fresh ideas for PR activities
Discipline, initiative, and hard working.
Have a strong communication and interpersonal skills, time management skills.
Reside in Jakarta.
