SALES & MARKETING
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Identify and target key market segments to promote our travel services effectively.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, and digital advertising, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, affiliates, and other stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry landscape.
