Company Description
We are an aluminum manufacturing and distribution company that serves innovative architectural products, such as aluminum decoration profiles and panels, as well as aluminum finished goods.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a senior sales engineer located in Bandung. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, and providing technical support to clients. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide product feedback and work with product managers to develop solutions to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in project sales within the aluminum finished goods, aluminum composite panel (ACP), or related industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and efficiently prioritize tasks.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related tools such as Cad and Skp.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
