We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Executive. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a wide range of administrative and personal tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Manage personal errands and tasks as needed, such as shopping, appointments, and household management.
- Assist with personal projects and events.
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and priorities.
