- Bachelor degree of Secretary Major/ Business Administrative/ Chineese Literature
- Exellent communication skill (verbally & written) in Bahasa, English & Mandarin is a must
• Minimal 2 years experience in the same field
• Aged between 25-30 years old
• Having solid experience working as a secretary or personal assistant for the directors
• Detail oriented, highly motivated, pro-active, and good team player
• Willing to work traveling outside the city if needed
• Able to join immediately
• Proficiency in computer skill
• Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Will work at Harmoni, Jakarta Pusat
Responsibilities
• Assisting the secretarial and administrative duties
• Managing the Director’s diary, meeting and appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
• Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
• Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
• Liaising with internal departments, managing meeting arrangements, and making travel arrangements.
• Booking and managing travel arrangements
• Developing efficient documentations and filling systems
