Role Description
Green School Bali is looking for a passionate and experienced Personal Assistant for our Lower School Head to engage with our students, teachers, parents and community in a holistic relationship and hands on in supporting the Head’s needs and to work in collaboration with the dynamic Early Years and Primary School teaching teams.
As a Personal Assistant to the Head of Lower School, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient use of time. This role requires a high level of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
AS A PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT STAFF, ARE YOU?
Key Responsibilities
Provide confidential PA support to the Head of Lower School, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the first line of contact for the Head, ensuring professional handling of communications and visitors.
Prepare agendas, take minutes for meetings, and assist in organizing school events and assemblies.
Coordinate and produce reports, correspondence in any forms, policy documents, and presentations.
Manage queries in the absence of the Head, referring to the Green School Executive Committee (GSEC) as necessary.
Monitor the Lower School budget and maintain staff emergency contact lists.
Coordinate recruitment and induction processes for new Lower School staff with HR support.
Supporting the Head in maintaining and updating Lower School school policies and handbooks annually.
Ensure effective internal and external communication, acting as an ambassador for the school.
Adhere to the school's safeguarding policies, maintaining the highest levels of personal and professional conduct.

Requirements:
Indonesian
Must hold at least a Bachelor degree
Must have experience as a personal assistant, school admins or any related field for a minimum of 2 years.
Must not have any previous criminal convictions (legally required).
Must not have any Child Protection concerns on file at previous schools or workplaces.
Must be able to provide an original copy of certifications, transcripts, diploma and/or degrees (legally required).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant school administration system e.g. ALMA
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
