Responsibility:
Manage the CEO's daily schedule (include travel arrangement)
Prioritize conflicting needs (Handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures)
Perform clerical duties for CEO (in charge for Minutes of Meeting)
Compile reports, prepare presentation material, correspondence.
Prepare analysis for budget plan. Monitor and ensures budget usage and budget proposal processes delivered in time according to plan.
Maintain excellent communication with related external parties and internal team members
Support the CEO's activities as requested
Requirement:
Min. Diploma from reputable Academy (Diploma from secretary would be preferable).
Minimum 10 years experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Having excellent office clerical skills.
Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced.
Fluent in English is a must
Willing to be placed in Driyorejo, Gresik
