Deskripsi pekerjaan Personal Assistant for BOD PT MD Entertainment
Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Be a support system for user for assist in daily tasks.
- Monitor, manage and drafting email and other communication flows
- Schedule appointments for conference, business meetings, dining reservations, accommodation reservations, etc.
- Accurately provide the user with a variety of administrative support and variety of trustworthy research
- Other duties as may be delegated by the user or team
Requirements:
- Candidate must at least Bachelor (S1) Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English is mandatory (daily communication will be in English)
- Ability to communicate and coordinating clearly and concisely
- The ability to work on your own initiative, be proactive, adaptable to different tasks, and coordinate effectively and precisely.
- Willing to work beyond of regular office hours if necessary
