Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role, or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, tax regulations, and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in bookkeeping, tax compliance, and basic accounting tasks to ensure financial records are maintained accurately.
- Handle project-related documentation, reports, and presentations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct research and compile data to support project initiatives as needed.
