Kasual is a distinguished e-commerce menswear company committed to delivering superior quality and stylish clothing for men. The Performance Marketing Specialist will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention of all Kasual paid channels. This position demands a proactive marketer with a solid foundation in digital marketing, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is keen to directly impact business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and refine multi-channel growth marketing strategies to meet or exceed specific performance targets, including achieving a 10x Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Manage daily operations across various performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other DTC platforms, ensuring all campaigns align with company goals.
- Monitor and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns sales to purchase campaigns to meet predefined KPIs like click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI, with a focus on maintaining target CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and achieving targeted ROAS.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to improve the user experience and conversion rates on the website and other marketing channels.
- Produce regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies, communicating these findings to the marketing team and broader stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and leverage new technologies and marketing practices to drive continuous growth.
- Optimize online marketplace channels to maximize visibility and sales performance.
- Execute A/B testing and ongoing experimentation to continuously enhance marketing tactics.
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary to meet ambitious sales targets and project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage effective PPC campaigns and proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to use data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Availability to work overtime to achieve business and sales objectives.
