Origin Hope Media Group is looking for a young talent to work as a PageAlive Account Manager with a high level of determination and eagerness to learn. This is a long-term, growth position with a flexible schedule in a fully remote work setting. As long as the work is done, we don't care how/where you live your life. This role will be a key implementation role for which there will be opportunities for advancement in seniority, pay, and shares.
Responsibilities:
- Working in shifts
- Answering the pagealive customer care button dan following up to the respective departments, as well as making sure all issues arise within the pagealive calls/chats are solved
- Helping the accounts team and the management to answer emails from clients, which the teams haven’t been able to answer
- Helping the management with the daily load of administrative works, such as, arranging travels, arranging and facilitating meetings, preparing documents for both internal and external communications, and helping other administrative works as needed by the management
Job Description:

- At least professional English bilingual proficiency
- Minimum three years of experience in office administration, and/or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is a must
- Must own a computer/laptop with necessary software and stable internet connectio
