Logiframe is a professional services firm providing a broad range of consulting services and solutions in technology implementation, strategy and operations, and outsourcing. Logiframe is a worldwide Oracle NetSuite solution provider in cloud ERP and a worldwide gold partner of Xero accounting software.
Currently, we are looking for an Office Operations to join our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
- Manage office space, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Keep records and documentation related to office operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams in developing effective strategies, optimizing processes, and managing procedures to accommodate business growth.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate (S1 or equivalent) with maximum 1 year of professional experience.
- Having experience in handling general affair tasks will be a plus.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate in a team as well as to work independently.
- Flexibility for domestic travel, as needed.
- Placement: BSD, Tangerang.
