- Perform L2 support to clients
- Complete and clear documentation for every performed task
- Perform testing of new functions/ modifications
- Assist user in User Acceptance Testing and conduct user training
- Perform Data Migration
- Configuration, installation, and maintenance of server and multi-database Odoo environments
- Provide the best possible solutions for client needs
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via various support channels (email, phone, ticketing system, etc.).
- Address technical queries related to Odoo modules, configurations, and customizations.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems reported by clients and end-users.
- Collaborate with the development team to find solutions to complex issues and escalate unresolved problems as needed.
- Perform thorough testing to replicate and verify reported bugs or errors.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding issue status and resolution progress.
- Assist clients with system configurations, including user access rights, security settings, and workflow setups.
- Offer guidance on customizing Odoo modules to meet specific business needs.
- Help clients understand the implications of customizations and advise on best practices.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base by documenting technical issues and their resolutions.
- Create and update technical support articles, FAQs, and user guides for clients and internal team members.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team's expertise.
- Participate in testing new Odoo releases and updates to identify potential issues and ensure smooth deployments.

- Perform Odoo L2 Support
- A deep understanding of ERP (Odoo) and Python is a must
- Understanding of PostgreSQL, Javascript, XML, SCSS, HTML, Java, Qweb
- Able to operate Linux, Git
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Creating software documentation
- Gather and address technical and design requirements
- Provide training and support to the internal teams
- Familiarity with Odoo's core modules and ability to understand and troubleshoot customizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients of varying technical backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 or equivalent
- Working experience: minimum 2 years in Odoo ERP field - Technical Support/ Development is a must
