Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing support or marketing administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost sales.
- Support the creation and production of marketing collaterals, including print materials, signage, menus, and promotional materials. Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of marketing materials.
- Assist in managing the restaurant's digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, and website content. Help create and schedule social media posts, draft email newsletters, and update website content as needed.
- Conduct market research and analysis to gather insights into consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating special events, such as restaurant promotions, tasting events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback channels, including online reviews, surveys, and social media comments.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing marketing materials and resources.
- Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
