Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketing Manager Beauty & Personal Care PT Megasurya Mas
Responsibilities :
- Manage all Marketing Management of Personal Care & Beauty Care Division Head
- Create & develop brand strategy/plan & holistic marketing strategy/plan (including: marketing budget, develop potential brand / product positioning)
- Strong implementation, controlling, corrective action, of brand & marketing plan (including Sales target achievement)
- Manage marketing budget implementation on the right effective track
- To control / do corrective action of marketing campaigns especially in Trading Term, space Rental, Digital Campaign, TVC Campaign
- Develop & analyze relevant marketing research as a base to develop brands (Including Shopping habits, Usage & Attitude Test, retail audit, post campaign tracking study etc)
- To identify & develop new potential brand/ product/ positioning/ campaign
- To do corrective action
- To identify all opportunities & threat
- Leading in coordination with all marketing agencies/ consultant etc (Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Creative boutique, Media Buyer, Brand Activation Agency, marketing research agencies, fragrance house etc)
- Coordinate tightly sales promotion with distributors, key customers (To monitor market penetration, product display etc)
- Leading in product development (NPD New Product Dev / EPD Existing Product Dev) (Coordinate with Prodev Team: R&D, Production, Cost Accounting, Purchasing, label / pack designer etc)
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar field with an outstanding track record, and 3 years within a management role in Personal Care & Beauty Care Products of Fast Moving Consumer Good Industry
- S1 or S2 degree of any disciplines from reputable University
- Experienced in handling TVC programs, social media/ digital campaigns, brand activation.
- Understand the promotion concept in terms of: TVC production process, media plan, media placement, digital advertising, social media, POS material, SPG management, brand activation, brand exhibition, publication
- Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, has and enthusiasm to learn the business processes, leadership skills.
- Understanding of consumer needs and behavior
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Especially the ability to work cross departments to achieve results
- Have the ability to think big, delivering innovative strategic solutions
- Conversant with English (verbal and written) is a must
- Conversant with MS office operation
- The successful candidate will be located in Jakarta Selatan
