Manusa is a holding company in the field creative industry (Marketing Strategy Agency and offline marketing agency) that focuses on people and business potential. Our ultimate goal is leading creative holding company by establishing a great ecosystem for the full potential of people and businesses under a professional and human-centered system.
We currently have two subsidiary companies: Ideabakers (Marketing strategy agency) and Kolabohiro (Offline marketing agency).
We are seeking an agile and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team.
As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible to be the company's representative in external parties, also become a communication bridge between clients and MANUSA's internal team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and has interest and desire to continuously understand industry developments.
Job Descriptions:
- Implement the marketing strategy developed by the Chief Marketing Officer into the marketing department's tactical program.
- Develop communication strategies that best suit the client's characteristics without changing the values of MANUSA to increase brand awareness.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, both existing and new clients.
- Be the company's representative in external parties by fully maintaining the company's image.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Assist in client communication and support, answering questions and providing necessary information.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations regarding budgets given to clients.
- Coordinate with operations, information, and finance departments regarding products/services that can be provided to clients according to the analysis results of each department.
- Become a communication bridge between clients and MANUSA's internal team in conveying client needs and internal team capabilities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in marketing, brand management, or related position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining good relationships with customers/clients.
- Responsive, agile, good understanding and have ability to make effective presentations.
- Has the same values as the company and is able to fully maintain the company's image.
- Experience in negotiating with clients regarding their budget and needs.
- Proactive, Multitasking, good time management, creative
- Has interest and desire to continuously understand industry developments.
