Outerbloom is the leading tech-enabled Flower & Gifting company in Indonesia & Singapore.
We are seeking for a passionate and results driven Sales & Business Development team member to help grow Outerbloom to be the best in Indonesia. This position will be responsible for all sales activities which cover lead generation to closing the deal.
DESCRIPTIONS:
- Perform business development activities, from lead generation to closing.
- Sales canvassing: generating new business opportunities to manage pipelines through various channels - e-mail, visiting targeted clients
- Manage end-to-end client relationship: pitching, negotiation, initiating contract, result tracking & troubleshooting assistance.
- Meet or exceed given KPI targets by achieving sales targets/goals, regularly communicating communication strategies or tactics that will be used to reach revenue targets
- Identify & prospect new customers and recognize new opportunities to drive profitable revenues in targeted vertical markets
REQUIREMENT
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- 2 - 5 years experience and career-switchers are welcome!
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results driven & possess good track record of target achievement
