Basic Qualifications:
• Relevant education background for the position.
• Proven work experience as a; Restaurant Manager, Café Manager, FB Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discipline, able to work in a team or individually.
• High attention to detail, able to track with existing SOP guidelines (Operational Audit).
• Possess good business awareness, entrepreneurship, and be target oriented.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, flexible and creative.
• If you have extensive links to business opportunities, it would be considered an advantage.
• Must be adept in ways to attracting guests in a very competitive F&B neighbourhood.
• Able to monitor & organize daily cost and monthly basis F&B lost & breakage.
• Familiar about the V-Soft system would be an advantage.
• Ready to join immediately, hopefully you are already resident in Bali.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the Deus Cafe business, such as negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and authorizing the reordering of supplies, managing budgets and setting goals. Hands on negotiating with weekly entertainers or any co-relative business partners.
• Proactive in the hiring and training of new and existing staff to provide the best service to customers.
• Create effective schedules and resolve conflicts quickly to ensure that the cafe is properly managed every day.
• Establish and enforce quality and safety controls.
• Work with multiple personalities in both staff and customers.
• Plan and execute promotional events in order to achieve revenue targets.
• Diffusing tense situations between guests or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues, expelling non-compliant persons, if necessary.
• Maintain a pleasant and safe atmosphere for guests and co workers.
