Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Human Resources Manager to join our team at our e-commerce / online retail company. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, training, development, performance management, legal compliance, and company culture. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing workforce in a fast-paced and competitive business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including designing job descriptions, identifying recruitment sources, interviewing candidates, and making job offers.
- Design and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of employment, including wages, working hours, and employee protections.
- Build and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Design and manage performance management system to provide constructive feedback and support employee growth.
- Handle employee conflicts and issues with professionalism and fairness.
- Study industry trends and implement best practices in HR management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in human resources management, preferably in the e-commerce or online retail industry.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar leadership role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
