Deskripsi pekerjaan Manager HR (Mandarin Speaker) Followme Technology Ltd
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full spectrum of HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Talent Management, and Employee Relations
2. Lead HR team member(s) to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and business strategy
3. Manage employees KPI
4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
5. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
6. Handle company HRIS
7. Update company policies and make sure its aligned with government regulation
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or any related field
2. Have a minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager or Human Resources Business Partner
3. Significant experience in Organization Development, Talent Management area, and implementing Performance Management System, and KPIs
4. High proficiency in Mandarin and English language skill is a must
5. Strong Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
6. Good experience in cross-functional role: collaboration, influencing, planning and execution initiatives
7. Result-driven, people-oriented, have strong communication skills and deep business acumen
