Deskripsi pekerjaan Manager Dapur (Sous Chef) Bali Beach Glamping
- Sous Chef Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or at least 3 years as CDP/Senior CDP
- Able to represent and assist Executive Chef
- Understand waste management & HACCP
- Follow the food trend
- Knows about food restriction and dietary is a must
- Aware of all financial budget and cost
- Has computer skill
- Able to work under pressure, work together in teams or individuals, flexiblility in working schedule
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English)
- Establishes a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service
- Experience in catering or banquette is a bonus
