We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our sales team. The Lead Generator will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, ultimately contributing to the company's overall sales objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with prospects, build relationships, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and assess their potential as prospective clients.
- Initiate contact with leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our products/services and gauge interest.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to strategize on lead generation tactics and optimize conversion rates.
- Keep accurate records of lead interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
