Deskripsi pekerjaan L1 IT Application Support Pt Akar Inti Teknologi
Responsibility :
- You Will Receive, respond to, and act as second level support on IT issues
- Providing first level investigation and diagnosis.
- Escalating incidents/service requests that they cannot resolve within agreed timescales
- Create log tickets and escalate to other IT work units regarding problems.
- Monitor SLA and follow up and update related issues
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Graduate of computer science or engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Having passion in IT System Hardware / Software
- Min. 1 years’ experience in helpdesk support
- Good understanding in IT Application or System
- Providing L1 & L2 application support
- Good experience in ITSM tools.
- Good knowledge in ITIL framework
