Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Has around 1 years' of sales experience in IT Consulting, IT Solution or similar field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads on a daily basis by closely monitoring hiring needs in target companies that align with our service offerings.
- Outreach and Engagement: Conduct cold/warm calls, chats, and emails to introduce company- IT services, highlighting our capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.
- Utilize Sales Tools: Utilize sales navigator and CRM tools to efficiently manage and track leads, interactions, and progress through the sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and requirements, and positioning as a strategic partner to address their IT needs.
- Sales Support: Assist business managers during client meetings, providing expertise on our IT services and adapting presentation materials to effectively communicate our solutions and address client objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities, and providing regular updates on progress to senior management.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Work Under Pressure: Thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure sales environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a focus on achieving sales targets.
