Deskripsi pekerjaan KOL Talent Agency Sales Intern Walfend Media
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Assist in researching and identifying potential clients, brands, and agencies interested in partnering with our influential talents.
- Sales Outreach: Support the team in reaching out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to initiate conversations and pitch our talent management services.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create tailored proposals and presentations showcasing our talents' strengths, audience demographics, and partnership opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Help maintain relationships with existing clients and partners, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the influencer marketing space.
- Sales Collateral Creation: Assist in developing sales collateral, including case studies, testimonials, and pitch decks, to support sales efforts and highlight the success stories of our talents.
- Sales Analytics: Support the analysis of sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing documents, scheduling meetings, and organizing sales materials.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Passion for sales, marketing, and the digital media landscape.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or talent management is preferred but not required.
