Deskripsi pekerjaan Key Account Manager Natural Farm
The key account manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in our company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income. Key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. The key account manager will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Strategic planning to improve client results
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
- Collaborating with sales team, creative, logistics, marketing, and other departments dedicated for achieving the corporate goals.
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
- 2 years previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
- Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently and goal oriented
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
