Job Description
Issue and manage problem-and-incident tickets
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance related to Network / Infrastructure / Data Center / IT Service Management
Create daily, weekly, and monthly incident reports
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), majoring in Information System or Information Technology
At least 1 year experience in the field of Information System / Information Technology, preferably as a Service Desk Operator for Storage / Server / Application / IT Service Management
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
Ability to operate Cisco devices / Storage / Server
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Willing to work in shifts
Willing to work on a contract basis
