Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key business stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs
Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with top IT talent, including networking, social media, and referrals.
Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Conducting technical screenings, interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for specific roles.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
2+ years of IT technical recruiting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
Previous experience in IT roles, with a solid understanding of IT technologies and trends.
Proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess candidates' technical capabilities and fit for specific roles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
ENGLISH is a MUST.
