Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating, analyzing, and actioning various report data sets (supplier, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, etc.)
- Assist in process for inbound and outbound.
- Ensures competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
- Maintains complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- Prepares reports.
- Supports relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of cost calculation and projects.
- Coordinates with shipper about the importing documents.
- Coordinates with forwarding company about the incoming shipment.
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify aging registrations and follow-up to ensure collection of information is received promptly.
Requirements:
- English speaking or Chinese speaking is preferable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Highly organized and able to plan and priorities your work.
- Able to effectively operate systems, including Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new systems.
- Fine-tuned interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
