Job Descriptions:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate and participate in new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support in employee relations matters, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
