QUALIFICATION
Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources management/ psychology or equivalent.
Good knowledge of employment/labour law
(UU Tenaga Kerja).
Min 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter / Human Resource Department.
Open for fresh graduate maximum 30 years old.
Able to take initiative, problem detecting, problem solving, and pay attention to details.
Responsible, proactive, good personality, dynamic and open.
Have a leadership spirit and able to work in a team.
Responsibility
Do end to end recruitment process job pos-ting, screening, psychological test, interview, and offering).
Perform various administrative tasks and support the recruitment team's daily activities.
Coordinate with hiring managers to confirm their needs and align it with business objectives.
Managing employee attendance, benefit, and compliance.
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Create correspondence and employee data base.
Ensure that the SOPs carried out in the section under his authority are in accordance with established standards.
