This role is about leading our HR department and improving how we manage our workforce. The perfect candidate will have a strong background in HR management, including experience with HR operations, talent management, and employee development. They should have excellent leadership skills, be able to develop and apply HR policies effectively, and have a good understanding of labor laws and best practices. Good communication, the ability to work well with others, and strong analytical skills are important for this role. The candidate should also be familiar with HR software tools to help manage and streamline HR tasks. This job is for someone who is ready to lead, make strategic HR decisions, and support our organization's goals.
Job Description:
- Overseeing the overall HR strategy, including recruitment, development, performance, and retention.
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of depot and facilities
- Responsible for the procurement of office supplies, uniform, menu, etc. As well as managing inventory levels to ensure that essential items are always available.
- Handling employee grievances and disputes, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining good employee relations.
- Managing employee development programs, including training and engagement initiatives.
- Manage the offboarding process, including asset return and documentation.
- Provide counseling and mediation for employee relations issues as needed.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Being accountable for all tasks and generating regular reports on attendance and other activities for performance assessment and future decision-making
Job Requirements:
- Age 22-28 years old
- Male/Female
- Must possess excellent interview skills
- Minimum 1 year experience as HR Supervisor / Lead
- Minimum education S1 in Psychology / Human Resource Management
- Proficient in operating computers & HRIS is a must
- Proficient with work tools such as Gdrive, Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Slide, or other workspaces.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, Monday-Saturday
- Capable of working using own laptop
