Job Description:
- Recruting talents for the company, recruitment, and onboarding process.
- Follow and analyze all the business process of the company.
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- Handle other administration when needs arise
- Organising events and conferences.
- Reminding important tasks and deadlines.
- Assisting Director (or other members) on the on-going tasks or projects
- Working together with Director in brainstorming, developing, and planning creative marketing strategy
- Liaising with other staffs, suppliers, and customers
- Managing database and filing system
- Collaborating and maintaining good relationship with KOL (especially fashion influencers)
- Personal Assistant for the Sales & Marketing Director, a good opportunities to learn a lot about Digital Marketing, Business Development and Human Resource Develompment.
