What you will do :
- Leading the HR Division, serving as a senior consultant to the HR team.
- Conduct headhunting, recruitment & develop talent capabilities
- matchmaking tech & non-tech talent request from client to our talent pool database
- Providing services to employees such as counseling, coaching, and mentoring to help them develop their skills and reach their goals
- Recommending solutions to issues that arise between employees, including conflicts or potential disciplinary actions
- Assessing employee needs through performance reviews and exit interviews to identify areas for improvement or intervention
What we looking for :
- having knowledge & keep up to date about startup landscape / edutech
- Bachelor's Degree at Psychology, HR, or related majors.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource Generalist
- Having experience in end-to-end recruitment with a Recruiter team
- Experienced in technology and digital start-up divisions
- Good understanding of HRIS, Employment regulations in Indonesia, Payroll, and Employee Benefits such as BPJS TK, Kesehatan, etc.
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta (Onsite)
