Job Description
- Ensuring all HR functions are running efficiently
- Provides support and guidance to HR team and management when complex issues arise
- Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices
- Providing sufficient resources and training to each HR function
- Ensure salaries and wages are accurate and paid on time
- Ensure that the manpower planning is controlled and on track
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.
- Propose innovative cost-efficient strategies to save labor cost
- Staff turnover is kept to an acceptable number and that the company meets all the legal labour requirements.
- Oversee and strategize ways on improving staff welfare
- Developing and maintaining the company culture
- Develop, improve and drive HR programs and initiatives according to corporate objectives.
- Find solutions on the issues of human resources to support the achievements of company targets and act as a business partner to the management.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills - in recruitment, training and development, coaching, conflict management and performance management.
- Experienced in F&B Industry.
