Job Description:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Perform administrative tasks: updating employee data, managing document archives, drafting employment contracts (SPK), processing IT requests, managing operational cash, and handling new employee administrative forms.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee competencies.
- Analyze job descriptions and assess employee productivity workloads (Workload Analysis).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Age between 24-32 years old.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR recruitment and training.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
