Job Description:
1. Updating company databases by putting new employee contact information.
2. Screening potential employee’s resumes to identify suitable candidates.
3. Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
4. Preparing and sending offer letters and rejection letters to candidates.
5. Organizing new hire orientations.
6. Gathering payroll information like leaves, working hours, and bank account information.
7. Reviewing and distributing company policies.
8. Posting job openings on various job posting sites and social media platforms.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
3. Attention to detail and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
