Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Department Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) Followme Technology Ltd
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department;
Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations;
Monitor attainment of objectives;
Help director to translate document in English/Mandarin/Bahasa;
Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed;
Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives;
Fulfill duties as assigned by the director;
Requirements:
Bachelor degree (from any major) with 1-2 years experience in similar position;
1-2 years fintech experience is preferable;
Must fluent in Mandarin & English both writing and speaking;
Fast learning with diversity thinking and innovation capability;
Strategic thinking and business development experience;
Business analytical skills for complex business challenges;
High quality verbal communication, especially around strategic direction;
Strong negotiation skills in tense situation as well as resolving conflict;
Excellent time management and communication.
